My stay at the hotel was quite polarizing. The rooms were lovely and provided great views of the sea, and being on a half-board basis was the right choice since the food was just average. However, the strong smell of smoke was overwhelming and made me feel nauseous, and the rooms desperately needed updating as they were very basic and not worth the price paid.

The hotel offers clean rooms that are well-equipped but not up to the highest standard of cleanliness I would expect. The service was hit or miss with some very friendly staff members but others who were not as attentive. The location is perfect, right by a lovely sandy beach, but with some minor cleanliness issues. The dining experience was good overall but had some minor issues. The facilities are satisfactory with room for improvement.

The hotel was not up to the high standard I would expect. Despite getting compensation for the wrong room, everything seemed off, from dirty public areas to a shambolic overall experience. However, the location was absolutely fab, right on the beautiful beach, close to the main strip, and with clear blue sea views.
